We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add new services at any time.

3. Payments

• Payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

• For one-time services, payments should be completed before work commences.

• For ongoing services, payments are due as per the agreed subscription or invoicing cycle.

• Delayed payments exceeding 5 days from the due date may incur a penalty of 1.2% per month.

• We reserve the right to halt services if payments are not received on time.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once a service is initiated, no refunds will be provided unless agreed upon in writing.

• If a project is canceled by the client before completion, charges will apply based on work completed.

• In case of website development or marketing campaigns, no refunds will be entertained after work has commenced.

• Product sales (if applicable) will be subject to separate refund policies mentioned on the respective product pages.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information and timely responses required for service execution.

• Any delays due to lack of communication from the client’s side may affect project timelines.

• Clients should not misuse our platform or services for unlawful activities.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared business information, strategies, and client data. We will not disclose any sensitive business data unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

• Any custom content, designs, or strategies created by Mr Digital Leader for clients will be owned by the client after full payment.

• Pre-existing templates, frameworks, or tools used in service execution remain the intellectual property of Mr Digital Leader.

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. In case of a breach of terms, we may terminate services immediately.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The terms of this Agreement shall be governed, interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Delaware, United States if the Customer is located in United States of America; laws of England and Wales if the Customer is located in Europe. All disputes, differences, claims and demands arising under or pursuant to this Agreement shall be referred to arbitration and shall be adjudicated in accordance with the rules of International Chamber of Commerce (I.C.C) in English language in the State of California if the Customer is located in United States of America; in London, England if the Customer is located in Europe; in Pune, India if the Customer is in India; in Singapore if the Customer is located in Asia (except India) or Australia.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.
